Join us for December 8th PD Day for a 2-hour Christmas baking class for ages 5+** with Red Seal Chef – Jessica Head, Vegan Chef Heather Bowen and Child Nutrition Educator, Jamie Gervais-Rietveld.
Classes are held at the Calgary Farmers Market, West location 25 Greenbriar Dr NW, T3B 6M3 in the Mezzanine area.
All recipes are gluten-free, vegetarian and dye free! Students learn about to create natural red dye, gluten-free, high protein brownies topped with beet-power candy cane icing, candied popcorn, and fresh pressed spiced apple cider.
Maximum participants: 16
Minimum participants: 12
**Ages 5-7 will have a dedicated instructor and working area.
