Food Discovery Course - 5 classes
This five-day nutrition course covers a variety of topics and nutrition/food related activities, including general nutrition, sugar, reading labels, traditional food systems and culture, and plant-based proteins.
Students engage in culinary recipes, techniques, food science and experimentation that ties into the educational theme. Access to the school kitchen is required for this course.
Time: 2 hours/day - Flexible between 8:00am-3:30pm
Grades: Grades 2 – 9 Max students -22. Contact me if you have more students per class.
