Nutrition Workshops (1 hour)Summary:
Workshops are a fun, interactive and hands on approach to learning about nutrition and health foods. In-class school workshops are available from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm and last approximately one hour. How it works: Presentations include an age appropriate nutrition lesson following the concepts of Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating.
